Eligibility for Refunds

Cancellation requests made within 48 hours of purchase are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made 3-7 days after purchase are eligible for a 50% refund.
No refunds are issued after 7 days from the date of purchase.
Products that have already been dispatched or programmes that have commenced are non-refundable.

How to Request a Refund

Non-Refundable Items

Downloadable digital materials, completed consultation reports, and custom treatment protocols are non-refundable once delivered.
